Join the team responsible for ensuring the guest experience is an amazing one. You will join the team responsible for greeting guests on arrival. This team will also greet guests before sessions and provide friendly directions throughout the Women With a Purpose weekend. Assisting with guests checking into rooms. Handing out lanyards & retreat gift bags. This role may require some periods of standing. Please mention in your message if assistance will be required if standing for long periods of time.

This team will work prior to, during & post event. You will plan decor, organise and where applicable assist in pre retreat plans, set up and set down. The decor is to compliment the guest experience. Props and decor items to be provided, some of which will be provided by Women With a Purpose.

We need men and women who are able to assist with setting up and setting down for the Women With a Purpose retreat. This may require early morning set up or very late evening setting up. TBA

You will help the team put together the guest gift bags. This usually takes place 1-2 weeks before the retreat. This usually takes place at an agreed meeting point in London

This team assists with ensuring the guest experience remains spiritually consistent. Ensuring guests feel welcomed, seen and heard! You may be asked to participate in keeping guests engaged prior to the start of sessions. This may also include your participation in group activities, games or ice breakers. You will be required to focus on mingling and making your presence felt.

Women With a Purpose Prayer Ministry will consist of experienced prayer intercessors, who will receive training prior to the retreat weekend. Members of this team must have completed Women With a Purpose's training in order to serve. This includes praying with the team prior to and after sessions. And may include praying for individuals.

You will join the team in the selling of merchandise. If you manage well working with a team, are organised, know the power in a smile, and would like to work with our team that sells products, this is the place for you! This team serves during the weekend.

You will assist in helping the weekend to run smoothly. You will have an understanding of presentations and basic I.T. issues that may arise. This includes pre event planning of visuals & computer requirements.

This team will check guests badge at the door and provides assistance with seating within the conference room. This team will be on their feet for periods of time, please let us know if you need support in this area. Ushers also assist in transitioning the room between sessions.

This team ensures the weekend is running to plan. This team will keep abreast of the guest experience. This team will be responsible for the overall success of the weekend. Planning, reviewing & managing all aspects of the Women With a Purpose program.

We are looking for photographers & videographers who will be willing to volunteer their services for part of or for the full weekend. Reasonable expenses will be considered for your services. Please contact us to find out more.
