Please allow up to 48 hours to receive confirmation of your booking
Please don't worry if you will be joining us on Friday 29th April, after work, all we ask is you let us know your estimated arrival time, to allow us to ensure you receive your evening meal on Friday 29th April (please note restaurant last orders are 8:30pm).
In room service can be purchased if you are arriving after this time, but this charge will be at your expense.
Please note extra charges e.g. room service, additional meal orders & beverages are not including in your weekend rate.
Please note your payment is final and refunds are not processed.
Transport is not included
EXCEPTIONS
If due to unforeseen circumstances & in the unlikely event of a lockdown, in the first instance you will be offered an opportunity to transfer your registration to another date.
If these circumstances are not possible a refund will be processed.
If in the unlikely event you are unable to attend, your booking is transferrable.
All current government guidelines will be observed.
