Each cycle is a 6 week cycle, please select ONE.

Your first session will be week commencing on the start date you choose.

Don't worry if you can't commit to six consecutive weeks, we are flexible.

Sessions run from Monday - Friday and times are flexible to include daytime and evening sessions.

Once you are signed up, we will select a suitable day and time to commence.
