(Please don't worry if you will be joining us on Friday 21st April, in the evening, all we ask is you let us know your estimated arrival time, to allow us to ensure you receive your evening meal on Friday 21st April, please note restaurant last orders are 8:30pm)
In room service can be purchased if you are arriving after this time, but this charge will be at your expense.

If due to unforeseen circumstances & in the unlikely event of a lockdown, in the first instance you will be offered an opportunity to transfer your registration to another date.
If these circumstances are not possible a refund will be processed.
If in the unlikely event you are unable to attend, your booking is transferable.
